Fernando Arias, Colombian artist explores the human condition showing us contemporary events, both in his country as in the world through a versatile use of various disciplines such as installation, sculpture, video and photography.

Arias recently exhibited at the independent space Lugar a Dudas in Cali, Colombia, at the East Central Gallery in London, England, and at the Perth Concert Hall in Perth, Scotland.
He was awarded the Prix Arts Collaboratory (2010-11), Claus Foundation Award (2010) and Arts Council England awards (2004-5).
