Born and raised in Denmark, the artist moved out to Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) in 1996. From the 90’s she started to work in her new studio in Santos (Brazil) and expanded her research about brazilian rainforest beside Mata Atlântica, traveling to Amazonia and Pantanal.
Her passion for this subject, the exuberant rainforests, started with the colors and shapes that the artist adopted intuitively without losing her nostalgic memory build in her hometown, Denmark.
